Hey y’all! I’m Keanna, a mom of four who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in April 2021. When I first found out I couldn’t eat what I wanted anymore, I was devastated. There were a lot of tears, frustration, confusion, and anxiety. Everywhere I went, I had to check menus ahead of time, call restaurants, and hope I wouldn’t get cross-contaminated or “glutened.”
Cooking has always been my love language — I’ve always been the one to feed everyone at family gatherings and events (as my family says, “I can feed an army!”). So when I had to completely change how I cooked, I decided to turn that challenge into a passion project: creating delicious, gluten-free comfort foods, daily meals, and desserts that everyone can enjoy — whether they’re gluten-free or not!
At GF Vibez, we’re a completely gluten-free zone. While we currently work out of a shared kitchen space, we use dedicated gluten-free equipment, ingredients, and packaging. We also follow an intensive cleaning and prep process before every baking session to ensure safety and quality.
We’re growing fast and dreaming big — our next goal is to launch a food truck serving up fresh, gluten-free meals and desserts on the go!
