Frequently Asked Questions

✨ What is a gluten allergy?

A gluten allergy is often a wheat allergy — an allergic reaction to proteins in wheat. Symptoms can appear quickly and may include hives, swelling, or trouble breathing.

✨ Is gluten sensitivity the same as celiac disease?

No. Gluten sensitivity causes discomfort after eating gluten, but it does not damage the intestines like celiac disease does.

✨ What grains contain gluten?

Gluten is found in wheat, barley, rye, and triticale. Foods made with these grains are not safe for people with celiac disease or gluten allergies.

✨ Is your bakery gluten-free?

Yes! GF Vibez is a fully gluten-free bakery, meaning we use only gluten-free ingredients and maintain strict cross-contact precautions.

✨ Do you use shared equipment with gluten?

No. All of our equipment, tools, and workspaces are dedicated exclusively to gluten-free baking.

✨ Is cross-contact a concern?

Cross-contact happens when gluten accidentally touches gluten-free food. We take it seriously and follow strict cleaning and handling procedures to keep all products safe.

✨ Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?

Not at this time.

✨ Do you ship or offer delivery?

Yes, we offer local pickup and delivery in the surrounding Milton, FL area. Shipping options may be available upon request. Contact us for availability or special requests.

✨ Can you make things not on the menu?

Yes, Contact us for any special requests.

✨ Do you use a shared kitchen?

GF Vibez operates from an in-home shared kitchen and works under cottage food law. While we follow strict cleaning procedures, use dedicated gluten-free tools, and take extensive precautions to reduce the risk of cross-contact, our products are not produced in a certified gluten-free facility.

Individuals with celiac disease, severe gluten allergies, or other conditions requiring a zero-risk environment should use their discretion when consuming our products. I am a celiac and eat them all the time.

GF Vibez makes no guarantees of an allergen-free environment and is not responsible for adverse reactions.

✨ Are you a Cottage Food Baker?

All products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection. In accordance with state requirements, our baked goods are sold directly to consumers and include all mandated labeling and disclosures. We maintain strict gluten-free practices and follow all applicable food-handling guidelines to ensure product quality and consumer safety.
